We are all unique, shaped by our life stories, moments of joy, loss, growth, and challenges quietly influencing how we see our selves and the world around us, and how we connect with others. These lived experiences, often rooted in childhood or formed through adversity, weave into emotional and psychological patterns that guide how we relate, behave, and adapt to our surroundings.

Over time, this inner fabric can feel misaligned showing up as disconnection, tension, loneliness, doubt, chaos or sorrow, yet within emotions lies an invitation to slow down, turn inwards, and gently explore a deeper  layers of healing, connection, and self-understanding.

My personal journey has shaped my understanding of resilience and transformation, allowing me to hold space rooted in empathy, curiosity, and honest connection.  My counselling approach is both intuitive and structured. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

In my therapeutic work, I meet clients where they are, offering grounded, collaborative support. The process involves exploring patterns and cultivating insight, direction, and inner resilience. I provide practical tools and tailored strategies that clients can apply beyond sessions to foster long-term growth and support their ability to navigate their unique journey with confidence and grace.
